You can choose between an audio-only or video recording. No need to notify us in advance—just let us know on the day of the recording. If you want to do a video, ensure your background is professional and that you’re dressed appropriately for the recording.

For the best audio quality, use earbuds or a professional microphone. Avoid using your laptop’s built-in microphone, as it produces lower-quality sound.
